Pocoyo's Elly Crochet Amigurumi Pattern in English

 




Elly is one of Pocoyo's best friends. She's funny and playful, she has a big heart and she's the strongest among her friends. 

Here you'll find the instructions to make your own Elly!!

The final size of the doll is 25cm (12 inches approx), if made with a similar yarn I used.



Materials:

  • Fuchsia and deep turquoise cotton yarn.
  • Oval safety eyes. I used 14mm, but it will depend on the yarn you use.
  • 3mm crochet hook (it will also depend on the yarn)
  • Black embroidery floss
  • Yarn needle
  • Scissors
  • Stitch markers
  • Fiberfill
  • Cardboard
  • Glue

Abbreviations:

mr: magic ring
sc: single crochet
inc: increase
dec: decrease
hdc: half double crochet
ch: chain
( )xnumber: repeat x times
(x): number of stitches at the end of the round,

Stuff and cut a long tail. Sew both sides so the piece is closed.

Backpack pocket

Use deep turquoise
Work in rows and 1ch and turn at the end of each row.
1. 13ch, start on the second ch from hook: 12sc. 1ch, turn.
2. - 6. (5 rows) 12sc, ch, turn.
Cut a long tail and sew it to the backpack.

Straps

Make 2
Use deep turquoise 
1. 24ch, start working on the 2nd ch from hook: 23hdc (23)
Cut a long tail and sew them to the backpack.

With black embroidery floss, make Elly’s knees. (See image)



Put on the backpack to Elly.
